EXARO’S industry participation evolved from the development of an operations application for a single agency. Overtime, EXARO naturally progressed to become the comprehensive industry solutions company presented to you today. After extensive research and analysis, EXARO’S team concluded that an agency could significantly strengthen its position in relation to its competitors by utilizing a system that streamlines operations and reduces operating costs. This is especially true for an agency working in litigation and medical/legal industry arenas, such as Workers’ Compensation, where special documentation must be produced for billing and collections. More than 300 software programs relating to scheduling and case management were analyzed – none met both the logistical and case management requirements of an interpreting agency. Technologies applicable to service providers and the legal industry were not relevant to the interpreting industry.
