Carlos Jiménez, BBA
Mr. Jiménez has been a key visionary for Exaro’s interpreting agency software application and the service business model. He gained valuable knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur in different businesses and in managing one of the largest interpreting companies in California. His insight and visionary spirit have provided an invaluable contribution to the design and development of the Exaro interpreting business software and service business models. He will continue to work with the design team to ensure that the software application continually raises the bar and sets the standard as the interpreting industry's most advanced, easy-to-use agency management system. Likewise, he will continue to work with the research team to develop best business practice models that will continually raise the expectations of customers and the standards delivered by the interpreting industry.
Mr. Jiménez studied at the California State University, Long Beach, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He also completed the program for current B.S. degree in International Business. Mr. Jimenez served in the U.S. Marine Corps and has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, operations management, international business, and I.T. sales. Prior to his involvement with the Exaro project, he designed three other software applications for interpreting agencies. Mr. Jiménez is also a California State Certified Interpreter.
Nestor Wagner, MA
Mr. Wagner is the founder and director of Southern California School of Interpreting, (SCSI), with campuses throughout California and Nevada. His highly respected programs are credited with facilitating an unmatched record of successful performance in state certification exams including Criminal Court, Administrative Law, and Medical Interpreting certification exams. Other programs under his direction include Civil Court Interpreting and Hospital Medical Interpreting. Mr. Wagner also administers the stringent program for certification of medical interpreter at University Medical Center in Las Vegas.

John Lemieux Rose, PhD
Dr. Rose is the President of Media Enterprises a 33 year old Southern California marketing firm. Mr. Rose has served as a communications consultant to the governments of Mexico, Israel and Canada as well as the States of California, Nebraska, Illinois and Florida.
Versatile in digital and Web technologies Mr. Rose has been in the forefront of applying new media to marketing and communications for a roster of national and international clients including, Cal Tech, UCLA, Prentice Hall, McGraw-Hill, Sony, Phillips Electronics, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Honda, and Hewlett Packard.

Reza Karkia, PhD
Dr. Reza Karkia is the president and founder of the American Institute of Higher Education Resources (AIHER). He is a seasoned leader with 25 years of experience in education, technology transfer and senior management. He is Emeritus Executive Director of Academic Affairs at the California State University Dominguez Hills. Prior to joining AIHER, he served as the Acting Chief of Energy & Utilities for the California State University System.
Dr. Karkia has trained over 10,000 university administrators and graduate students, in addition to managing budgets that totaled over $280 million annually. Dr. Karkia is widely recognized for his efforts at helping shape government policies and regulations. He has sat on numerous task forces and legislative councils including the California Council on Criminal Justice. He has advised the Governor & State Legislators, been a member of the Task Force on Drug Treatment Services, and sat on both the State of California Energy Policy Advisory Committee and the Cypress School District Advisory Committee.

Gordon Ow, M.E., M.B.A.
Gordon Ow graduated from the Air Force Institute of Technology with an MS degree in Astronautical Engineering and graduated from Pepperdine University with an MBA. He is a life member of the Tau Beta Pi National Honorary Engineering Society. Gordon retired from the Air Force as a Lt. Colonel and had duties as a Flight Commander and fighter pilot in a tour in Vietnam and R & D staff officer duties managing research contracts. Gordon also served in the Pentagon as War Plans Staff Officer responsible for the Air Force Five Year Defense Plan (FYDP), the Air Force Program Budget Document (PBD) and Joint Research and Development Objectives Document (JRDOD). After retiring from the Air Force, Gordon worked for Rockwell International as Program Manager for the Hypervelocity Vehicle, Close Air Support Aircraft (CAS), and Deep Penetrator Programs.
Gordon is currently President of GO Aircraft Ltd. (GOAL) a company that is pursuing the development of a revolutionary high speed VTOL (HSVTOL) aircraft concept that has predicted capability of more than three times the speed and more than 3 times the range of helicopters with similar payloads. The HSVTOL has potential application to fill various operational needs of each of the branches of the military, as well as help meet several commuter shuttle and commercial business applications. His experience as project manager of highly complex and large scale projects provides highly valued insight and direction for effective product development planning and implementation.
