AUTOMATIC INTERPRETER SEARCH & OPEN JOB MESSAGE BROADCASTING

EXARO automatically finds and recommends qualified interpreters for each assignment based on your criteria.

EXARO automatically broadcasts open jobs to interpreters simultaneously.

Automated Interpreter Search
The Automated Interpreter Search matches the right interpreter for any job, based on chosen multiple criteria, including language, certifications, distance to assignment, pre-defined preferences, and commission rates.

Simultaneous Message/Notice Broadcasting to Interpreters
Once the qualified interpreters have been identified by the Interpreter Auto Search, EXARO will broadcast them notifications of the open job assignments simultaneously, by text message, e-mail, numeric or alphanumeric paging. Once assigned, a quick, “closed-assignment” notification is broadcasted. This saves 80% of scheduling department typical search time and prevents unnecessary flooding of calls by interpreters.
